As an agency of Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries, International, FINAD governs, directs, and supervises financial plans, policies, accounting practices, and agency relationships for Christian workers and church administrations. It also provides general oversight and care regarding all functions of treasury, budgeting, tax, accounting, accounting information systems, real estate, insurance activities, estate planning, retirement plans and programs, insurance programs, living trusts, living wills, asset protection, etc., as well as any investment endeavors involving annuities, bonds, stocks, mutual funds, securities, foreign investments, options, franchises, and futures contracts for the Connectional Ministry.

Due to our continued success and growth, we are adding new associates to help build our treasury, budgeting, tax, accounting, and accounting information systems; real estate and insurance activities; estate planning, retirement plans and programs, insurance programs, living trusts, living wills, asset protection, analysis and planning functions for the organization. For senior level financial associates, we offer the opportunity to take ownership as financial analysts in accounting economics, securities analysis, and portfolio management of our investment endeavors involving annuities, bonds, stocks, mutual funds, securities, foreign investments, options, franchises, and futures contracts for the Connectional Ministry. Mid-level professional associates are given the opportunity to experience a wide range of responsibilities involving treasury, budgeting, taxes, accounting, accounting information systems, real estate, insurance activities and programs, estate planning, retirement plans and programs, living trusts, living wills, asset protection, budgeting, financial reporting and forecasting functions. Roles:
Entry-level Financial Associates will each be assigned their own major focus up front. Some Associates will be assigned within the area of financial reporting, others with responsibilities of budgeting and forecasting, and significant others will be responsible for institutional financial data reconciliation. If you are interested in becoming a skilled professional regarding budgeting, we will consider your portfolio regarding previous fiduciary experiences and your knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as you take full responsibility in your area of proficiency as an involved team member who works closely with our Controller. Your strong critical thinking and communication skills should enable you to act as a liaison between the finance department and other operating divisions within FINAD by providing financial analysis support to the operational management team. In other Financial Associate roles, we will need reconciliation extraordinaire to take ownership of reconciling paid registrations, enrollment, and enrollment against operations-recognized enrollment and follow up on discrepancies, among other responsibilities. For all Financial Associate positions, we are looking for movers and shakers with polished communication skills who are comfortable working in a team-centric environment, as they will be interacting often with internal and external church officials, associates, affiliates, church members, and employees. Advanced Excel skills, experience with QuickBooks, knowledge of databases (such as Access and SQL), and analytical abilities will be vital for performing daily tasks. Qualifications:
Whether persons engaged in Christian service contact you in person, email, postal service, or by phone, they will depend on you to understand their situation and help them resolve their challenges. As an Associate Finance Representative, you will serve as the primary interface between FINAD and members, ministry officials, associates, affiliates, and employees of Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries, International, as well as a provider of finance services to the general public. Also as one who has an attested personal experience and relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, resulting in acceptance of Jesus of Nazareth as Son of God, Lord and Savior, and personal redeemer; and as one who agrees in principle to our Abstract of Spiritual Principles/Articles of Christian Life; while regarding ones association, affiliation, employment, profession, business, and/or vocation with FINAD as privileged Christian ministry; and as one who demonstrates a willingness to conform to all policies and procedures required of the position that you desire to hold with Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries, International; and as one who has established a testimony and a lifestyle that is consistent with the disciplined example portrayed by Jesus Christ within Holy Scripture, then you are encouraged to apply your advanced knowledge and experience in financial sales and service as you help to ensure the delivery of FINAD's contracted services. As a ministerial associate, your area of ministry also includes services as a consumer advocate, resolving service issues and building members, ministry officials, associates, affiliates, and employee's loyalty and confidence. Criterion of Association:
Ministers of the gospel and professional/para-professional business persons who desire to associate with Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries, International at an employment level should have an attested personal experience and relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, resulting in acceptance of Jesus of Nazareth as Son of God, Lord and personal redeemer; 2) persevere to demonstrate a lifestyle of spiritual authority, vocational responsibility, and professional accountability that is consistent with the disciplined example portrayed by Jesus Christ within Holy Scripture; 3) be a certified resident of the State and municipality in which employment is established; 4) be a loyal member of an accepted and approved Christian church or denomination; and 5) maintain a consistent record and witness as a dedicated practitioner of Biblical Christian faith within such local congregation of said denomination.
