Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries, International values and promotes within its membership the creation, establishment, and perpetuity of any ministry, ministry agency, para-ministry, or business that conveys and complements its connectional vision, message, and mission. Our Ecumenical Board of Presbytery, which serves as a entrepreneurial committee of the whole to address such values, is vested with exclusive authority to plan, create, design, and establish specialized connectional ministerial programs and services, humanitarian initiatives, social service projects, institutional events, programs, and opportunities, and related aggregative activities for educational, scientific, religious, and charitable purposes as authorized by Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries' Governors Board of Regents. All twelve Institutes constituted within our Official Doctrine and Discipline and established by the Ecumenical Board of Presbytery, promulgates the Great Commission through biblical-evangelistic outreach, theological educational activities, church and para-church ministry planting, corporate, and personal benevolence, community development, and humanitarian relief utilizing servanthood evangelism, social action, and various business ventures.
Pursuant to Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries' response to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ amid various geo-political and social-economic spectrums, its public witness through the Ecumenical Institutes provide holistic service to this Connectional Ministry and servanthood evangelism to the public as well. Respective of their fields, Ecumenical Institutes provide not just ministry opportunities and employment, but also specialized education and instruction services through workshops and correspondence, training experiences, consultation services, apprenticeships, internships, and scholarship programs that enable children, youth, and adults, who may differ in culture, lifestyle, and theological perspective, to appropriate the study of the Holy Bible and Christian gospel theologically and ethically, by assimilating traditional Christian beliefs and values for their own life situations and social activism.
The Ecumenical Institute is primarily composed of twelve (12) specialized ministries that are enumerated as follows:

Each Ecumenical Institute is composed of clergy persons and elected/appointed or employed lay persons of authentic Christ-like character who love the Church, the Lord's Great Commission, is committed to the wholeness of the body of Jesus Christ; is morally disciplined, loyal to the ethical standards of Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries, and demonstrates competence to assist in administering the affairs of an Institute. In short, we seek ministerial associates, both clergy and lay, with whom our vision, message, and mission resonates.
Roles and Qualifications:
As a Professional Christian Associate, you will serve as the primary interface between the Ecumenical Institute of which you will be an associate and students, members, ministry officials, associates, affiliates, and employees of Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries, International and the public at large. If you are one who has an attested personal experience and relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, resulting in acceptance of Jesus of Nazareth as Son of God, Lord and Savior, and personal redeemer; and one who agrees in principle to our Abstract of Spiritual Principles/Articles of Christian Life; while regarding ones association, affiliation, employment, profession, business, and/or vocation with the selected Ecumenical Institute as privileged Christian ministry; and one who demonstrates a willingness to conform to all policies and procedures required of the position that you desire to hold with Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries, International; and one who has established a testimony and a lifestyle that is consistent with the disciplined example portrayed by Jesus Christ within Holy Scripture, then you are encouraged to apply your advanced knowledge, experience, and academic service to help ensure delivery of the Ecumenical Institutes' contracted services. Your area of ministry will also include consumer and customer advocacy, resolving service issues toward building the loyalty and confidence of our members, ministry officials, associates, and affiliates. Attention to detail and your ability to deliver results will be an invaluable asset in your unique ministry role.

Shekhinah Christian Life Ministries' hiring process is decentralized wherein qualified candidates are pre-screened by our Human Resources Department and then screened, interviewed, and possibly hired by the hiring administrator within any given Ecumenical Institute.
